The washing machine in my apartment is a combination washer and dryer. It's not very big but it gets the job done. It took a bit to figure out how it works all the controls are in French and have little illustration that are impossible to figure out.
I have one question.
Why does this thing take nearly 3 hours to wash and dry a load? I notice that it also uses very little water, just enough to wet the clothes, then it spins them clockwise and counter-clockwise for about 45 minutes. Drying takes 90 minutes.
Last night I threw some wash into it before bed and was abrupty woke by the spin cycle at 2am.
I shut the thing off because it was so noisy in this small place that I couldn't sleep!
I did notice that it does get the clothes really clean though!
