Saint André, woof! I never buy it anymore because it makes me borderline bilious. SO rich. Instead, I have been buying the same Petit Fougerous you've discovered. I do it to Steakhouse (raisin) Rye. Nice. Your ham sandwich portrait is a beauty. Now I know what to do with that cranberry chutney I got last Christmas. Give Pont-l'Evêque a tumble and Fromage de Chaumes. I am particularly partial to these "washed rind" tasties. Oh, what a friend we have in Cheeses.
