Lunch today is a quick one at a sandwich shp called EAT.
EAT is a sandwich shop which seems to be a direct knock off of Pret a Manger. Most of the selections seem to be the same but with a few differences.
I am trying to eat careful because it really took me 24 hours to get over all the food I ate on the flight over. (Note to self, don't do that again).
Todays sandwich choice is Stilton and apple on walnut bread (£2.60). This sandwich contains stilton cheese, mayo, celery, lemon zest, parsely, red apple, pepper and greens and is served on walnut bread.
Along with my sandwich I have a Diet Coke, a bag of malt vinegar and sea salt crisps (£.70) and a vanilla iced cupcake (£1.00).
It was a decent and fast 3 course lunch plus a good buy at £5.58.
mmmm. The cupcake was delicious.
EAT has multiple locations throughout the city.

Rich--
OK I understand it now--thanks! You sound rested a bit..The sandwich with the Stilton cheese sounds great--remember it for when you get back--we can do little ones at Christmas. Bring me back some Darjeerling Tea, please. Plus some kind of nice jam--odd for cheeses or sandwiches. Thanks--I have Lynn's recipe for Carbonnara which is delicious. We'll try it.......
